Muscle strain/pain can be very problematic, it can occur from twitches in body, any injury on any muscle of body like elbow, knee, backbone, neck, toes, feet, hands and others, it can occur to males or females, its irrespective of gender, but age can be a factor affecting joints in body, as the body gets old, it losses power and so muscle strain or pain can occur at any moment, specially because of excess work. There are many useful and easy home remedies to fight muscle strain/pain.


Home Remedies for muscle strain/pain:

1. Add half a tsp of turmeric in hot milk and dissolve, drink it before going to sleep, it will give your bones power to heal in form of calcium and vitamins, it will fill holes in the bones that occured because of weakness, this will also reduce bruises on body.
2.Massage the place thats on strain/pain with a bit of hot oil, you can use your favourite oil, such as almond, olive, or anyothers, this massage can a little painful for a while but very useful in just once.
3.take a clothe and put ice cubes in it, now put it on the place of strain/pain, do this for 5-10 minutes, your strain/pain will be less pretty soon.
4.Even better if you put the place of strain/pain in adequately hot water with some epsum salt into it, you'll get relief from your pain.
5.Use sesame oil on the place of muscle strain/pain, make it a little hot and apply by doing very smooth massage on the place of strain/pain.
6.Have food that has calcium, potassium, omega 3 and 6, vitamins etc, rich food is very important for good health also, its very impotant home remedy for muscle strain/pain.
7.Keep your strained muscle raped with a muscle bandage to keep it numb, it will reduce painful feeling and you'll feel better.

Nutrition or Fat

Food should not be fat; food should be nutrition & healthy. Primary reason we have food is to stay healthy and living. So the food we take must be healthy. Mostly young generation these days prefer to eat fast food, burgers, sandwiches, fried food, beverages, which are fatty not healthy. A glass of cold drink sucks energy equivalent to 6 glasses of milk from human body. We can make our food interesting and tasty by many ways. But having food with high fat and less carbohydrates is a deal of loss. Taking food with high fat must also have high level of protein and carbohydrates.  Breakfast is important, I am myself a university student and I mostly avoid my breakfast, which is bad, most of my friends also do this. Instead we take junk after having a few classes, where as we can make our breakfast interesting, we can have egg sandwiches milk shakes, filled with carbohydrates, fruit juices which are very important, instead of having a soft drink, prefer to have a glass of fresh juice or milk shake.
Junk means diseases like cholesterol, blood pressure, sugar, obesity, weakness, weaker eye site, and skin and hair problems. Lunch is also very essential, and food at home is very healthy meal, green vegetables and meat is also good, less oily and tastier. Rice is good for lunch. Talking about dinner, it should be at least before two hours of sleeping time. Avoid frequent junk food, bad food habits leads to unhealthy life in later years, especially for women.
Eat fruits in your daily life. They keep you healthy not fatty.
From fruits you get vitamins, minerals and fiber. Fruits are fat free and they help us in fighting against diseases. Issues like cell and tissue damage: these can be lowered by eating fruits and fruits also reduce the chance of heart attacks and other heart related diseases.

Continue this activity for three weeks and you will be surprised to see the results. Your hair will be very much healthier and shinier and gradually straightening.
MILK AND HONEY :
For straightening the hair, milk and honey together can do amazing job and will enhance the beauty of hair. Add tea spoon of milk into honey and also add meshed strawberries. Apply it on your hair and scalp for two hours and wash it with shampoo.

Oral care :
1.  Smoking cigarettes, taking black tea or quaffing red wine, these things are really very much dangerous to oral health so kindly brush immediately after taking these things.
2.  Throw the toothbrush or change the head of electric toothbrush at least every two to three months, otherwise brushing means transferring of bacteria to mouth.
3.  Best way of brushing is that place toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against gums and gently moving it in a circular motion. Hold the toothbrush like a pencil so you won't wash too hard.
4.  Clean tongue with a tongue scraper regularly in the morning so that tongue plaque can be removed and breath should be freshens.
5.  It is better to use a tongue scraper as compare to brushing the tongue with tooth brush.
6.  'Detergent' foods are good for teeth and if anybody knows that he/she will not brush after eating then make 'detergent' foods the final food to eat.
7.  Rinse mouth with apple cider vinegar in the morning and then brush. The vinegar will remove stains, whiten teeth, and kill bacteria.
8.  Baking soda can be used in brushing once a week, apart from that salt also is used as alternative toothpaste.
9.  Use alcohol-free mouth wash to stay fresh and avoid alcoholic mouthwash because it can dry out the tissues and making them more at risk to bacteria.
10.  Brush teeth before going to bed and brush teeth daily early in the morning.
