Home made peal off mask for skin whiteness

hello everyone,

Most people want white skin these days and its not easy to get one, but we are trying to help a bit. this is a peal off mask that i just tried as well, it cleans the pores by opening them a bit and washing them. the trick is very simple. use this tricks once a week and dont expose your skin to sun a lot.






Ingredients:

Turmeric 1 tbsp                                                    
egg white of one egg
cornflour 3 tbsp
1 tsp lemon juice or 3 tsp orange juice

Mix all these in a bowl and apply on skin as mask. keep for 15 - 20 minutes until it dries and then peal it off first and wash your face with a bit of cold water.
this reduces dark skin and your face look even toned, white and very clean.

For white teeth.

for sometimes our teeth get yellow and starts stinking, i got some great solutions to make your teeth white and clean. this may be hard doing, but for cleaner teeth, we've to suck it up.

first of all, take salt and olive oil and put a little of both together in a small bowl, and put it on your teeth with toothbrush, brush for at least 3 minutes, do this twice a week, your teeth will be plague free and very clean.

secondly, lemon is also very useful, brush your teeth with lemon juice, your teeth will be clean and a white in just a few days.

Miswak is really useful for teeth, put it on your teeth and brush like you do with toothbrush, it makes your teeth really clean, my family does this very often.

these were a few things to make teeth look white and avoid embarrassment while laughing openly in front of people.

1 ) As we know that every day our teeth are exposed to so many foods and substances that affect our teeth badly and affect our enamel and as a result teeth loss. So always consume crunchy foods like apples, carrots, bell peppers, leafy greens, celery, and others.

Oral care :
1.  Smoking cigarettes, taking black tea or quaffing red wine, these things are really very much dangerous to oral health so kindly brush immediately after taking these things.
2.  Throw the toothbrush or change the head of electric toothbrush at least every two to three months, otherwise brushing means transferring of bacteria to mouth.
3.  Best way of brushing is that place toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against gums and gently moving it in a circular motion. Hold the toothbrush like a pencil so you won't wash too hard.
4.  Clean tongue with a tongue scraper regularly in the morning so that tongue plaque can be removed and breath should be freshens.
5.  It is better to use a tongue scraper as compare to brushing the tongue with tooth brush.
6.  'Detergent' foods are good for teeth and if anybody knows that he/she will not brush after eating then make 'detergent' foods the final food to eat.
7.  Rinse mouth with apple cider vinegar in the morning and then brush. The vinegar will remove stains, whiten teeth, and kill bacteria.
8.  Baking soda can be used in brushing once a week, apart from that salt also is used as alternative toothpaste.
9.  Use alcohol-free mouth wash to stay fresh and avoid alcoholic mouthwash because it can dry out the tissues and making them more at risk to bacteria.
10.  Brush teeth before going to bed and brush teeth daily early in the morning.
