Fitness is very important for healthy and long life. It’s a best spring of happiness and peace of mind. More you will keep yourself fit, more you will contend yourself. More you will give to your life in terms of health and fitness, the more it will repay you in terms of happiness and satisfaction, fit people are confident, stress free and acquire good will in their peer.
Following are some tips to keep you fit and healthy.
1. Early in the morning when you get up try to have daily morning walk as much as possible. This will increase your blood flow in the body and bone strengthening and weight loss as well.
2. Try to consume much water in the morning time. This will increase your basal metabolism rate and your skin will start to glow.
3. In the noon time try to have a brief nap of about half an hour to an hour, this will refresh you and relax you and you can start your work again soundly.
4. Try to have little exercise in evening at gym or other place where you feel soothe and comfort. This will provide a mode to your body for enlargement.
5. Try to get green tea about 5 to 7 cups a day. You can use teabags; but it would be better if you find green tea leaves.
6. Do not eat heavily. It is misperception frequently found in most people that more you will eat more you will be healthy, but it is nothing other than increase in your weight and fat, which ultimately lead to many physical and mental illnesses.
