First and fore most advantage of morning walk in garden is that you walk in natural environment a fresh and energetic atmosphere. Secondly you will be getting natural sun shine of early morning which is really good and fruitful for the human body.
Thirdly, walking in garden early in the morning you receive fresh and pure oxygen because of presence of trees and and other green plants. Apart from that walking bare foot on grass is good for especially for eyes and it is good for muscular strength, for strengthening the heart, and for preventing diseases it is also very good to walk early in the morning.
