fresh brain tips

How to keep Brain fresh:

1) Try to get involve in some psychological practices as puzzle solving or some other naughty things that have more brain use, at least for about 10 to 15 minutes after every 3-5 hours, it will keep you happy and smiling.
2) Try to have a nap for about 45 (minimum) minutes in the noon time.
3) Participate in sport activities also.
4) When you get fade up and nothing is interesting to do you can have music also.
