Heart is the most important muscle in our body and its job is to pump blood and oxygen, so keeping heart strong and healthy is very much important.
Some suggesstions regarding keeping heart healthy are :

1. Quit smoking
2. Control weight
3. Control blood pressure and sugar

4. Do exercise at least five days a weak.
5. Eat a healthydiet with minimum carbohydrate, more of protein, less oil in diet.
6. Walk and eat.
7. Avoid junk food.
