Home remedies to lose some extra calories:

Losing weight might seem easy, and it’s actually quite easy, you don’t have to starve or go on crash diets to lose weight. You can lose weight through some easy ways. But then all the tips should be followed honestly. Promise yourself today that you’re going to lose some extra calories and move your first step towards good health and smart body.
Here are some tips to follow, let’s burn some easy earned calories:
1.  Have food on time, divide your food in small meals, don’t eat a lot of food at once, if you are 100% hungry, fulfill 75% of your hunger.
2.  Drink water before eating, or may be very rarely between eating, don’t drink water after finishing your meal. Never stand while drinking water if you want a flat belly, please sit and drink it. Drink at least 10-12 glasses or 3 liters of water a day. More water help burn more calories plus you get glowing soft skin and shiny strong hair.
3. Eat food that has high levels of energy and low levels of fat. Healthy but less oily. Try to have boiled food with very less spices.  Sounds very boring, but you can make it tasty even without spices or any kind of fatty flavors, you can add lemon into your salad, or sometimes you can add mayonnaise. If you don’t like to eat boil food, you can have pasta or noodles once a day in a very small chunk; make sure you use castor oil or almond oil. Make yourself a fruit cuisine. We will also provide some recipes of that. We are going to provide some recipes which will make diet food fun to be eaten.
4. Instead of having black n white unhealthy beverages, you can prefer fresh fruit juices, may be twice a day but before evening. Any fruits you like, we are also providing some recipes of different kinds of fruit juices, healthy and tasty. You can also take milk shakes but without sugar.
5. Early in the morning when you wake up, first thing that you do Is take a Luke warm glass of water, add lemon and a tsp honey into it, and drink it, indulge it in your routine, do it every morning, it help burn calories, your metabolism gets faster.
6. When you feel little hungry between work or at any wrong time, you can have an apple or an orange to overcome your little hunger, rather than eating burgers and hot dogs, which is unhealthy, high fat, and high cost food than that of fresh fruits.
7. Losing weight is good, but at the cost of your health, never. So do have at least a glass of milk every day, make sure to have skimmed milk.
8.   A good routine is a key to fitness, so no late nights anymore. Have your last meal at least before 7 pm of the day.

Whenever we aim something like losing weight, we need strong motivation, take a look at yourself in a mirror for a while, is this how you want to look. Don’t you want to have a slim n fit body, a beautiful glowing face, an ideal personality which would stand out in all you friends, family and acquaintances? Off course you do. Therefore, from now own, make a promise to yourself that you’ll make your life worthwhile by taking care of your own self and just in a few months you’ll look stunning, so who ever sees you, would be stunned.
