Home remedies for heat/sun stroke

Heat/sun stroke is very common problem, occuring because excess heat or exposure to sun, it may occur to men but mostly happens with women because of less iron and calcium in body. Its consequences can be fainting, weakness, low blood pressure etc. But there are some easy home remedies to be safe from heat/sun stroke which can be a hurdle in work and other important stuffs.



Fresh lime can be very useful as a remedy of heat/sun stroke,  add some salt if you like, it can help prevent heat into body and calm stomach to a varying extent.
Glucose is a very important element if we want to prevent heat/sun stroke,  take two glasses of glucose daily if its frequently occuring with you, or just take a glass when you feel like its coming.
I mostly take rose sharbat, its nice, soothes body and brings coolness in stomach also.
Don't take cold drink if you having heat/sun stroke, it sucks out calcium from body, doesn't provide calcium.
Use calcium C, as a matter of fact its the best solution to increase calcium in body which infact reduce heat/sun stroke.
Drink loads and loads of water, its very useful, at least 15 glasses of water a day are necessary.
Orange juice, or just eating an apple can also be very useful and reduce the frequency and intensity of accurence of heat/sun stroke.
