Carrot Cake

 


 


Ingredients:

3 Eggs
2 Cups flour
1 Cup Corn oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 Cups carrot - grinded
1 tbsp Baking powder

Directions:

Beat eggs and sugar well together.
Add corn oil and keep beating.
Add flour and baking powder as well spoon by spoon and beat it.
At last, add grinded carrot into the mixture.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree celsius for an hour.

Your cake will be ready, cool it and serve it!
