Black forest Ice Cream roll

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Caster sugar 
Flour 3 ounce
vanilla essence 1 tsp
1 ounce coco powder
4 Eggs
sugar as needed
Ice cream as needed
1 cup fresh cream
chocolate syrup half cup
cherries for garnish


Directions:

Beat eggs and caster sugar in a bowl till they get soft and fluffy.
Add vanilla essense and mix it again.
Mix Flour into the bowl and beat it firmly.
grease a sauce roll tray and put butter paper on it and put the beated mixture in the tray.
Now bake it in a pre-heated oven of 200 degrees for 10 minutes only.
take it out from the tray slowly by rolling it, then open the roll again after taking it out and put ice cream under it and roll it once again.
In the end, garnish it with fresh cream, chocolate syrup and cherries on the top.

yummy ice cream roll will be ready, serve it to your guests, they will love it.
