Kashmiri Tea
Ingredients:
Kashmiri tea leaves 1 tbsp
baking soda 1/4 tsp
water 5 cups
badiyan khatai 1 flower
milk as needed
sugar as per taste
salt as per taste
elaichi 3 pieces
almonds in small pieces
Procedure:
Take a pan in which put 5 cups of water, put kashmiri tea leaves and baking soda. leave it to boil until the 3/4 of the water is left. after this, put 1/4 of cold water into it and mix it well for 20 minutes and then rinse it, cool it and pour it in a bottle to save it, you can put this mixture in freezer for maximum of two days.
whenever you wish to drink it, take the mixture out, put milk, sugar and salt as per need and boil it a bit. also put elaichi while boiling and finally serve it in beautiful cups with almond pieces.

Normally, for a black tea, the tealeaves are picked and then subjected to heat and humidity that causes the tea leaves to curl and become black granules.
