Basic
eye care
· For making eyes brighter take food which contains A vitamin. Papaya,
eggs, fish, milk, cilantro etc., these things are very much good for eyes
growth.
· Wash eyes with cold water for shiny eyes.
· Take sliced cucumber and put it over the eyes to treat dark
circles.
· Take potato slices and put them on the eyes to get rid off dark
circles.
· Saturate cotton in Luke warm milk and then cover eyes with it for at
least 15 minutes.
· Wash the eyes in the morning with soak amla water.
· Swim cotton pads in the chilled milk then
place on eyes for at least 10 minutes.
· Close the eyes and think
of something that is pleasant or comforting and at a distance. Gently then pen the
eyes and look into the distance. At least four or five times do this exercise
which will feel the good and relaxing.
· Massage the scalp with
curd if, someone feels that his/her eyes shudders, or eyes are red and feeling
itchy.
· Grill a potato with its
peel and apply on closed eyelids for at least 20 minutes and relax completely. This
was solution for Puffy Eyes.
· It is better to wash face before going to sleeping, and making
sure that no make-up is on face because, make-up creams may spoil face as it
will be there for the whole night.
