Skin care: Basic tips

Skin is sensitive, to heat or to cold. There are different solutions for daily skin problems. First I would like to emphasize on problems that we usually have with our skins and a few easy home solutions and daily skincare tips.

Oily skin, dry skin, pimples, acne, extraordinary hair growth on skin, rashes, odd tone skin, reddishness, pigmentation are just a few skin problems, what we are going to do is to concentrate on one problem at a time, I am going to share some home remedies for all the problems above one by one.

Let’s start with oily skin, it’s a common problem in summer, oily skin closes pores and dehydrates skin, which mean it stops skin to breath, following are some easy tips through which we can avoid oily skin:

ü  Wash your face only with water to hydrate it more and more, it will prevent oil on skin.

ü  Use oily skin moisturizers, whenever applying it, always remember, don’t dry your skin n apply, apply on wet skin, it’ll let your pores breath.

ü  Before going to sleep, wash you face and don’t put any oily creams or night creams on your face, wash it with basan, it’ll make your skin normal.

ü  Sun exposure also brings out oil on skin, so avoid facing sun a lot, and use sun block if you do, always use a sun block with the recommendation of a dermatologist, they’ll tell you the exact level your skin needs.

ü  Take a used lemon, and scrub the lemon layer on your face and leave it to dry for 15-20 minutes and wash with lukewarm water, it’ll stop oil and skin will glow.

ü  Use products that suit your skin, use oily skin prevention products, use face wash that is soap free.

ü  Avoid dust and keep your skin as possibly clean as you can, let your skin pores breathe.

ü  Use skin toner after sun exposure or at the end of the day, choose toner that has simple ingredients and anti-oxidants in it.

ü  Use astringents after washing your face.

Take good care of your skin; choose products that suit your skin best.
