It looks beautiful especially whenever I wash it with simple gram flour or basin.

Homemade ubtan with almonds:

Home made ubtan is best ubtan for face, you can use this one at night, rub it on skin, wear it as a mask for 20 minutes and wash out or  use it as scrub. Its basic purpose is skin whitening and polishing. Almond paste is its major ingredient, it provides glow to skin and is very useful red lentil  is also one of the major ingredient.

Body whitening ubtan:

Next in line is a simple, body ubtan, it helps to even tone body, and reduce rough or dry skin. You can use this at night and take bath in the morning afterwards. It will make your skin white as well and in just once.

Mask for dry skin: Remedy:

Whenever my skin is dry, I try to make a dry skin mask with ingredients that have natural oils etc. this mask is especially for dry skin that turns dark. It reduces dryness and makes my skin white in a week.

Cucumber paper mask for irritated and red skin:

All you need is 2 tbsp cucumber juice, 2-3 drops of strawberry essence and 2 tbsp aloe vera, add all these, take a mask paper, put it in a tray, and pour the liquid in the tray, keep for 15 minutes, now lie down and put the paper mask on your face, cover your face fully with paper mask, see that drops of liquid doesn’t fall. Keep this mask for as long as 20 minutes, and then remove it. Clean your face with a wet tissue and voila! You’re done, your skin will be soft, beautiful looking, keep doing this consistently for a week and your skin will get whiter. You can add any essence that you like, watermelon, pine apple etcetera.

Lemon and honey mask:

Lemon is very sensitive to skin but also a very useful product for skin whiteness, to reduce its after effects, add 1 tbsp honey in 1 tsp lemon and apply on face for 15 minutes, wash your face afterwards, do this at night, don’t expose your skin to sun, heat or dust after applying. Be careful with your skin.

Almonds and goat milk:

Take 4-5 almonds, put them in water over night, peel off the skin in the morning, grind them by adding goat milk as needed, make a paste like mask, apply it to skin for 20 minutes, your skin will be white, instantly, just like that. This is a very useful mask. It helps skin and makes it white, soft and beautiful.

Turmeric mask:

2 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp gram flour, and milk cream as needed, add all this and put it on your skin for 20 minutes, do this every night regularly and your skin will be better in just two weeks, results from this mask lasts very long, skin gets very beautiful and all dirt of skin is gone.
These are some masks and ubtans i recommend for skin.
Remember, don’t use all these masks all together, especially don’t use anything else on the day when you have dealt with lemon, its very seneitve and skin can get patches, lemon can eventually opens pores, and using other products after that can convert into a reaction that’s worst.

honey needs to be pure when it's used, or if its not pure, it can be harmful, so to know if the honey you are using is pure or not, just take a cotton bud, pour it in honey you have and burn it, if its pure/real honey then it'll burn fully, and you will be able to know.
Another way to check its purity is throw it on the floor, if its pure, it'll form a crystal like shape, and if it falls apart then you will know its not real.

Honey is very beneficial in many ways, it can be used for beautiful skin as a mask with other liquid juices, or it can also be used for weightloss, early morning.

1. Add half a tsp of turmeric in hot milk and dissolve, drink it before going to sleep, it will give your bones power to heal in form of calcium and vitamins, it will fill holes in the bones that occured because of weakness, this will also reduce bruises on body.
2.Massage the place thats on strain/pain with a bit of hot oil, you can use your favourite oil, such as almond, olive, or anyothers, this massage can a little painful for a while but very useful in just once.
3.take a clothe and put ice cubes in it, now put it on the place of strain/pain, do this for 5-10 minutes, your strain/pain will be less pretty soon.
4.Even better if you put the place of strain/pain in adequately hot water with some epsum salt into it, you'll get relief from your pain.
5.Use sesame oil on the place of muscle strain/pain, make it a little hot and apply by doing very smooth massage on the place of strain/pain.
6.Have food that has calcium, potassium, omega 3 and 6, vitamins etc, rich food is very important for good health also, its very impotant home remedy for muscle strain/pain.

Home remedy for dandruff reduction and hair fall:

Henna for dandruff reduction:

Ingredients:

4 tsp lemon juice
4 tsp coffee
two eggs
1 tsp methi dana powder
boiled black tea Upto 1 cup
4-5 tbsp Henna



Process:

Add lemon juice and coffee, and mix them up until coffee is desolved, mash the two eggs and add eggs into it also, 1 tsp methi dana powder and add black tea also, now put henna and desolve it and make a thick paste out of it, put it on your scalp and hair as well, wash your head after 2 or 3 hours with a shampoo, you can also use conditioner if you want to, dandruff will be gone in just once.

Wash your hair with a shampoo 3 to 4 times a week not more, use conditioner if your hair fall a lot and are rough.




Use hot oil, as in olive oil or almond oil with cotton bud on scalp, and then rap your hair around with a towel which is soaked in hot water and rinsed, keep the towel for 5 minutes and do it for about 3-4 times, your dansruff will be gone.

bengal gram fairness mask

Put 2 tbsp of daal chana(Bengal gram) in water for a night, Grind it in the morning like a thick paste, add two tbsp of milk and use it as a mask on your face for 15 minutes, do this everyday and your skin will get fairer and fairer very soon with a never ending glow.




Turmeric and cream cleanser:

Another remedy of fair skin that i personally like very much and tell my friends to do is pretty simple to do at home, take a tbsp of milk, and a tbsp of fresh milk cream, add 1 tsp of turmeric into it and mash, now apply it on face and cleanse for 10- 15 minutes, now take cotton bud, soak a tsp lemon in it and clean your face with it, instead of using market and chemical added cleansers and toners, this technique is best, do this at least three times a week and get best results in a week only, you'll see changes in just one time of doing this.



Bread crum mask for fair and glowing skin:

Take a bread crum and crush it, add fresh milk cream into it and apply on face when bread crums are soft enough, apply it for 15 minutes on your face, and your face will get fair and glowing.


Tomato Juice mask:

This one is pretty easy, just apply tomato juice on yout face, put it on for 30 minutes, it will soak all dirt from your skin and your face will seem fair and glowing, red cheeks and beautiful looking skin, do this as frequently as you can.

Home made cocoa butter for body

Ingredients:

Cocoa butter
anhydrous lanolin
jojouba or sweet almond oil
Pure water
Borax
Other essential oils (lavender or rose oil or any oil suitable for skin)



 

Equipment used:

wire whisk
small glass pans and
an 8-oz. capacity low tub
or jar for storage will also be needed.

Directions:

put 1 Tbsp cocoa butter and anhydrous lanolin in a glass pan, add 2/3 cup of jojouba or sweet almond oil and put it on low heat for 2-3 minutes until everything melts.
Now put 3 tbsp of pure water and 1/2 tsp. of borax in a separate glass pan on medium to low heat until borax becomes liquid.
Now remove both pans from heat, And slowly pour borax mixture into cocoa butter mixture, stir with wire whisk constantly, it will take a form of lotion gradually, add six to eight drops of any essential oil of your choice into the lotion, you can also use more then one essential oil but don't exceed from eight drops. mix it and put in a jar or a lotion box to store it. this lotion can last upto a month. use it and get beautiful and soft skin.

Home made green gram haldi chandan ubtan:

This ubtan is made of lentils and pulses, which can be very useful for both face and body, this also help brides to get a fresh looking beautiful and white skin.

Ingredients:

Daal mash/urad 1tbsp
Daal masoor 1 tbsp
Grams 3 tbsp
Turmeric 2 tsp
Chandan 1 tbsp
basin 2 tbsp
Saffron just a pint or two
goat milk 3 tbsp
rose water 3 tbsp


Direction:

Put the lentils of mash and masoor, chandan and grams in a bowl of water for all night, now rinse them and grind adding a little water to make a thick paste like material, now add basin and turmeric into this thick paste to make it thick further and now put rose water, saffron and goat milk into this paste. now use this on your face very gently and on body as well, but don't use it harshly on face, face is very sensitive to ubtan. use it on body, everyday almost, your body will become shiny white and beautiful looking.
