Some easy and convenient ways to control Belly:
· Whenever you go for food, try to have a glass of water before eating. It will subside the need of food and u will eat less.         
· Never eat so much as your belly get full, try to have a little bit less from what you have a requirement.
· Never try to sleep or lay down immediately after having food unto about 15 to 30 minutes.
· Also do not consume water or other drink after eating for about 10 to 15 minutes
· Try to have regular walk for about 5 minutes after getting diet.

How to control Belly’s expansion:
·     Build a habit of regular walk in the morning at least for 10 minutes, it will keep you fresh and also gives us fresh and pure oxygen, because very less pollution in the morning.
·  Use green tea also minimum 2 to 3 times.
·  Keep on involving in some physical activities even for a very short time period; it keeps you and your brain fresh and strong.
·  Set proper timing of going to bed and when to get up, because disturbance in this schedule also cause fatness and obesity.

How to control belly fat
           Each & everyone thoughts of a plane stomach with abs. It takes discipline and effort to get the abdominal muscles carved. Only six things you can do now to remove this belly problem.
1.     Only doing exercise is not the solution, do regularly physical activities which increase heart rate to increase metabolic rate. Use the stairs, hike during lunch break or take a dance class of cardiovascular system.
2.     Work hard with abdominal muscles, exercises such like dance, Pilates, yoga, and other basic exercises, these things helps a lot for the purpose.
3.     Be cautious about eating; avoiding eating carbohydrates. Increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables which contains vitamins. Avoiding drinking soda sweetened drinks and alcoholic drinks and try to drink pure water always.
4.     Consume small meals regularly, toast with cream cheese & corn is better option.
5.     Get sufficient sleep because everybody needs six to eight hours of sleep a night. So if anyone is not sleeping well, then it’s tough to drop the fat.
6.     Contact with surgeon or doctor who can suggest something to you which can change your life.
