Black Forest Cake:




Ingredients:

5 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp corn flour
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp frozen butter
4 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp coco powder

Directions:

Beat eggs and sugar together until they don't become one.
Mix flour, corn flour, coco powder and baking powder and use a wooden spoon to add them into eggs and sugar.
Add butter into hot water and mix it in the eggs also.
Bake it on 160 degrees for 35-40 minutes, cool it after baking and cut it into 3 equal layers.

Coco Filling:

Take 1 tbsp coco powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 ounce butter, and 1 cup water, cook all these together on low flame till they don't become thick enough.
Cut cherries into small pieces, add 1 spoon vinegar and 1 tbsp icing sugar together, keep them to cool.
Beat 1 packet fresh cream until its thick and then add  half cup icing sugar and cherry pieces into it.
Now put this filling into two layers of cake, and put coco filling on the top of the cake, now put whipped cream filling again and some cherries on the top. Put the cake in the freezer to cool, and then serve it. your yummy cake will be ready!
